There is a scratch to the paint on the metal body near the control panel that does not effect functionality. Guaranteed not to be DOA. The LCD screen and all buttons are working perfectly. The menu is easily navigated and the carousel is working. I was able to rotate the carousel both Clockwise and Counterclockwise via the menu. I do not have the cassettes or cassette hoppers to further test the printer, but it all appears to be in good and working order.
